Exam Timetabls

Below are is the link to our Summer 2025 exam timetable for GCSEs.  Please note that PM on Thursday 5 June 2025 and PM Thursday 12 June 2025 and all day on Wednesday 25 June 2025 are designated contingency dates.  These dates are held in reserve in case an exam needs to be rescheduled nationally due to major disruption.

School Examination Policies

Guidance for Candidates

To help prepare students and parents:

  • Statements of Entry will be issued once entries are confirmed
  • Individual candidate timetables will be distributed before the exam period
  • Candidates must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled exam start time
  • Only black pens are permitted
  • Water bottles must be clear with no labels
  • Watches and mobile phones must not be brought into the exam hall
  • Full uniform must be worn unless otherwise directed

If a candidate is ill, please contact the school immediately.

Access Arrangements and Special Considerations

Access Arrangements are pre-approved adjustments made for eligible students.

  • These include readers, scribes, rest breaks and use of laptops
  • Assessed and agreed in advance with our SENCO team

Special Consideration applies in the event of illness or disruption during the exam period.

  • Must be requested as soon as possible after the affected exam
  • Requires supporting evidence (e.g. doctor’s note)

Results and Post-Results Services

Results

  • Results Day: Thursday 21 August 2025 – Results available from 09:00
  • ID will be required to collect results in person
  • Parents may collect results with prior written consent

 

Post-results services include:

  • Review of Marking
  • Access to Scripts
  • Appeals

All services have strict deadlines and fees as set by exam boards. Consent forms are required for any review.

Certificates

  • Certificates will normally be available from December following results day
  • Candidates must sign to confirm receipt
  • Uncollected certificates will be retained for one year only

If you are unable to collect your certificate in person, a representative may collect it with written authorisa
