Join Prospect School, an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school for boys aged 11-16, and make a real impact on students’ lives. We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants who embody our values of respect, belief, and achievement.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support students’ learning, help regulate their behaviour, and create a safe and conducive environment for their growth.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for working with young people with SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication skills and shared interests such as sport, gaming, music, fitness, the outdoors, horse riding or sailing.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
